Show A Fine Hotel Mr B F Whittemore one of the pioneer pio-neer landlords of Salt Lake reembarks in the hotel business simultaneously with the advent of the DEMOCRAT A DEMOCRAT DEMO-CRAT reporter called at his new Railroad Hotel this morning and was pleased to find that such a fine structure had been erected on the site of Mr Whitteinores old hotel near the U C depot The house is conveniently arranged and will accommodate about 100 guests The interior in-terior woodwork of the hotel presents avery a-very handsome effect being fmished in cherry color The ceilings show some fine aJ tistic work in frescoing and the rooms are all light cheerful and well ventilated The bar is one of the handsomest hand-somest in the city Mr Whittemore deserves de-serves and will doubtless receive a large share of public patronage |
