Potter were called to Salt Lake City Thursday at news of the sudden Fred death of a brother-in-laRobinson. Mrs. Potter remained with her sister until the funeral which was held Monday Mrs. Bill Potter and Sandra and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Austin also attended. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Larson and family and Mr- J. W. Larson were in Salt Lake City Monday. Mr. Larson stayed on with Con rad Larson and family. , Sheldon Jenkins of Salt Lake City spent 3 days at the Golden Adams home. His parents came for him SundayMr. and Mrs. Jack Rhodes and Wanda of Brigham City were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Rhodes. Two plays entitled "Welcome Stranger" and "Babs Goes Dramatic" were given by the Seventh and Eighth Grade Students. Three chorus numbers under the direction of Mrs. E. and Mrs. Lolita Gam were presented by the students from the first to the seventh grades. Students honored for having a 100 percent record for the year were Karol Coombs, Katherine Hess, Norma Burton, A school Barbara Burton, Connie Welling and Reta Richards. Principal Baird gave awards to the following boys who participated in Pentathalon games Gary Potter, Ilarry Scott, Gary Garn, Micheal Moss and Owen Udy. The seventh grade students in. troduced the eighth grade students who will be going to High School this fall. Those graduating were: Karen Wood, Audrey Lott, Shirley Cannon, Tamara e Welling, Shauna Deakin, Ashby, Sherry Smith, Patsy Petersen, Mary Burton, Judith Owen, Alice Robbins, Gary Potter Micheal Moss and Larry Robbins. Mrs. Elsie Welling and MrsLea-mare- - Friday night the Elder's Quorum, made up of Riverside and Plymouth Elders held a party In the ward recreation hall. It was to have been an outside welner roast but the rain (for which we are truly thankful) made it necessary to have the in the house. Those present enjoyed a good program and lovely lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Doug Rlchins and sons of Grouse Creek spent several days this week with Mr. and Mrs. Streator Tingey, parents of Mrs. Richins.
