"We are having a little rain every few days to brighten up the prospects pros-pects of the farmer, as also the cattlemen. The mining men feel encouraged over the prospect of a big copper vein that has been struck, about 15 miles South of here. Scott Allen is the lucky man who located the Surprise mine, in March last if my memory serves me right. Ormus B. May located the Vida Mine some time later. Both mines - 0 |
