In case the winner does not accept the award, it will be passed on to the alternate who will accept it under the Game con ditions. In addition to the $100, the winner will be reimbursed for railroad transportation over Union Un-ion Pacific lines for one going and one returning trip to and from Logan. The $100 will be a. warded the students in three installments in-stallments $50 at the beginning of the winter and spring quarters. The money received from the scholarships sch-olarships may be. used by the. students in paying for any o( their college expenses. Ferris Hillyard of SmUTifield, graduate of the North Cache high school, las been awarded a $100 Union Pacific 4-H scholarship to the Utah State Agricultural College Coll-ege for the school year 1940-41 it was announced Tuesday by coll ege Extension Service officials. Mr. Hillyard was one of 19 scholarships schol-arships presented to high school graduates throughout the state who have been exceptionally active act-ive in 4-H club work.
