Mrs. Neta Williams and fam-ily fam-ily of Henderson, Nevada, Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Williams, Mr. and Mrs. George Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Dayton Davis and children of Las Vegas were here for Memorial Mem-orial Day. Mrs. Leda Rubbley of San Gab-rial, Gab-rial, California and Edith Soren-son Soren-son of Los Angeles are spending a few days here with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam L. Pol-loch. Pol-loch. Mrs. May Banks and daughter, Mis. Marva Llnsey and son of Salt Lake City are here with their mother and grandmother, Betsy J. Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Ocal Williams and family have returned home after spending the winter in Logan Lo-gan where Ocal attended the USAC. We have several cases of measles mea-sles in town. Mr. and Mrs. Faye Parker of Pangultch spent Sunday with Mr. Parker's sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Noel Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Williams and family of Boulder City, Nev., and Mrs. Velma Peterson and daughter Betty of Davis Dam, Ne-vada, Ne-vada, were visitors here last week with relatives. Miss Rosalie Graff accompanied accompan-ied them back for a short visit. Ethna Williams and children Barbara, Rose, Marie,- Lauralie and David were week end visitors at Grand Canyon. The opening dance at Cobble Crest was held Saturday night. There was a large crowd in attendance. at-tendance. The music was by Alton Al-ton Ford's orchestra. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Ford and family of San Francisco, Califor--nla are visiting here with Mr. Ford's mother, Mrs. Maria Ford. Horace Roundy of Provo was heie for Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Reeve and family of Cedar City spent Sunday with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Reeves. |
