These are some of the questions the fourth and fifth grade students stu-dents at Art City Elementary pondered this week in connection with studying Shakespeare's "Hamlet" this past week in the library. Everyone is invited to attend at-tend the Icelandic celebration celebra-tion of Thorrablot in Spanish Fork on Saturday, Feb. 25, starting at 6 p.m. with dinner din-ner at 6:30 in the Veterans Memorial Building, 400 N. Main Street. Each year, Icelanders hold Thorrablot, a mid-winter feast day, and dates from the Saga Age in Iceland. Typically, the feast involves in-volves a hearty meal of traditional tra-ditional Icelandic foodstuffs. If you were in Iceland at a Thorrablot event, you'd probably also drink toasts. No toasts in Spanish Fork, though. However, to perpetuate perpet-uate and celebrate the culture cul-ture and heritage of Iceland, the Icelandic Association of Utah plans the following: . - Traditional Thorrablot foods for you to sample - Mixing and visiting with friends - Drawings for prizes, including in-cluding artifacts from Iceland Ice-land - Booths and activities centered cen-tered on Icelandic culture and heritage - Entertainment, including group singing of Icelandic folk songs The public is invited to attend at-tend this dinner-and-enter-tainment event. Guests can arrive at 6 p.m. to view displays dis-plays and to visit. Serving the Icelandic-style dinner begins at 6:30 and continues until at 7:30. (You can pop in as late as 7:25, if you want to, and still be served.) The cost of discounted tickets is $5 per child, age 12 or younger, or $12.50 per adult, if you pre-pay by February Feb-ruary 17.
