Show The Enterprise Review , October 27, 1976 Page 8b Conversion Progressing at Willows Village Apartment-to-Cond- o About 40 percent of the Willows Village apartments (54th South and 5th East) have been sold as condominiums during the first three months of conversion by Consolidated Capital Corporation, according to Steve Nelson, salesman for the project. He reported 90 of 230 apartments have been sold, so far. Most buyers are between the ages of 22 and 40, he said. The best selling model has been the garden apartment, selling for between $26,900 and $32,000. About 30 percent of the buyers to date have been former renters of the apartments, he estimated. He said he expects between 10 and 15 percent of the buyers to be investment buyers, not occupants.
