SECOND WARD SABBATH SOCIAL IS SUCCESS musical selections dancing and banquet make evening pass in joyous manner the complimentary social given by the second ward sabbath school in the institute last evening was a decided success and was attended by about persons the program tor the evening waa started promptly at eight ani two rooms were used tor tha amusements one for the young folk and another for the olier people the program consisted of a number of musical selections both instrumental and vocal and a number of appropriate talks were made together with general social chat after this part of the arrangements were completed the assemblage was invited to the dancing parlors above and there young and old alike the light fantastic inthe old fashioned way hen every body lias a good time and until the hour for the banquet arrived when the guests of the evening again adjourned to the lower floors upon which the banquet rooms are located and where covers were laid for two hundred persona the rooms were all decorated or the occasion with terns and cut flowers and the colors af pf the weber stake and white were much in evidence shorts orchestra of twelve pieces furnished the music for the occasion which Is one that will long live to the memories of those who were fortunate enough to be in attendance and tho committees who had the matter in charge are to be congratulated for the manner in which the affair was conducted
