Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to Change or appropriate appro-priate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change: a-4038 - Second Northeast Bench Irrigation Co., Beaver, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 13 sec.-ft. and 367.51 ac-ft. ac-ft. of water evidenced by Award No. 9 fa) Beaver River Decree, De-cree, as amended by Change Application No. a-2754. The water was to have been stored in Three Creeks Reservoir at a point N. 820 ft. and W. 1420 ft. from SE Cor. Section 9. T29S, R5W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 and released and conveyed down the natural natur-al channel during the same period and rediverted into the Mammoth Canal at a point N. 430 ft. and W. 270 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 13, T29S, R7W, and used for irrigation of 672 ' acres in NV4NWy4SWV4. Hereafter the same quantities quanti-ties are to. be diverted and stored during the same period in Three Creeks Reservoir, which is actually located at a point N. 59 deg. 30 min. W. 1560 ft. from SE Cor. Sec: 9, T29S, R5W, and released as heretofore into the . Mammoth Canal at a point N. 770 ft. and E. 2820 ft. from SW Cor. Sec' 18, T29S, R6W, and used as a supplemental supply for the irrigation ir-rigation of 832.6 acres in wy2- Nwy4, swy4, wy2sEi4, sEy4-SE sEy4-SE Sec. 14, Ny2, Ny2swvi Sec.15, SWy4, Sy2SEy4 Sec. 10, SWV4SWV4 Sec. 11, NEy4, NEy4SEy4 Sec 16, T29S, R7W, limited to the requirements for the irrigation of 672 acres. a-4081 - C. Edwin Paice and Leon E. Paice, Beaver City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place . of use of 80 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Water Users' Claim No. 508, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination De-termination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted at a point N. 28 ft. and W. 46 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 29, T29S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 for the irrigation of 20 acres in Sy2SEy4 said Sec. 29. Hereafter 80 ac.-ft. is to be diverted from a well at a point N. 50 ft. and W. 1350 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 32, T28S, R10W. The water is to be used as a supplemental supply during the same period as heretofore for the irrigation of 160 acres in wy2SEi4, swy4NEy4, sEy4- SWy4 said Sec. 32. a-4089 - James E. Moore, Milford, Mil-ford, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 120 ac.-ft. of water evidenced evi-denced by Water Users' Claim No. 502, Escalante Valley Proposed Pro-posed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N .25 ft. and W. 3412 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 14, T29S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 30 acres in Sy2NWy4 said Sec. 14, and for year-round domestic domes-tic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during dur-ing the same period as heretofore here-tofore from a 12-in. well, 270 ft. deep at a point S. 1315 ft. and W. 77 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 36, T28S, R11W, and used as a supplemental supply for the irrigation of 80 acres in NEi4NEy4 said Sec. 36, and for year-round domestic and stock-watering purposes. To Appropriate: 34062 - Lee R. Fillmore, Beaver, Bea-ver, Ut. .015 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 80 and 120 ft. deep at a point S. 49.5 ft. and E1386 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 18. T29S, R7W. The water is to be used for the watering of 100 ' cattle in NNEy4NWy4 Sec. 19, T29S, R7W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, on or before June 23, 1962.
