Show NOVEMBER 16, 1983 Letter To Editor Some Needs Of Layton The purpose of this letter is to explain my reason for not running for Layton City election in 1983. 1 have accessed my priorities for the next two years in public service. It is my feeling that a library in the Layton City is needed. She and her husband went on a mission to Kentucky and Tennessee and she was a temple worker for two and one-hayears and has held various positions. He will speak at the Clearfield 5th Ward on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 1 p.m. The chapel is located at 326 E. Center Street, Clearfield. ELDER Sibley will be entering the Mission Training Center on Nov. 30. He is the son of Charles W. and Arietta Thurman Sibley, who reside at 536 E. 200 S Clearfield. Elder Sibley attended Clearfield High School and the seminary program there. He is a memberr and competes in the American Bicycle Association in BMX racing in the expert class competitions.
