It is to be regretted that this walk cannot be laid, hut the asseillon that the haidshlp would be too great for some of the pioperty holdeis Is piobably deserving of consldciation. However the time must come, will come, when tho, unfoitunatc people of this city will not bo permitted to pbstiuct Its piogiess. At a convenient season, pioperty holdeis along this stioct who do not desire or can not alTord to keep up their piopeity, should dispose of It and move to some other poitlon of the cltj equally desirable for homes but less valuable.
