Huist swore out complaints charg ing David "olson, Fiank Wlllmoio and Owen Hamp with disturbing the peace and lighting. Tho three defendants de-fendants appealed In couit Thuisday, pleaded guilty, and David Nelson was lined $10.00; Wilhnore and Hamp $1.00 each. It Is undeistood that an action for damages will be brought by Herman Her-man Johnson, whose furnishings were Injured In the scrap. |
