In other words, its effects on your body and mind can manifest themselves in unexpected ways. But recognizing even the hidden signals of stress can help you slow down and then begin to take care of yourself before things get even worse. Here are four signals of stress to watch out for in the upcoming year: ; "'Disorganization. Losing things, forgetting where you put things, making dumb mistakes. Starting to go somewhere and forgetting why. "Escape fantasies. Dreaming about escaping to a faraway place where you dont have to do anything or take care of anyone. "Indecision. Finding it difficult to make every day decisions -what to wear, what to eat, where to go, what to do. "IntroversionDepression. Wanting to lock the door, curl up in bed and pull the covers over your head.
