Eckman The appropriation bill sure to become the tha stormiest issue of this session breezed through the House in little littleover littleover littleover over 15 to minutes Saturday morning and reached the Senate floor I shortly before noon In short order the Senate passed the bill 20 A gubernatorial veto appeared likely House Republicans made little effort to block Democratic strategy to get the bill on its I way to Governor J.
