Mrs. Lexie Harris read a sketch of her life, and Mrs. Woffinden of hers. Both were very interesting as they related many experiences of the church members while in Mexico. EDGEMOIIT Mr. and Mrs. Oliver D. Johnson John-son were in Roosevelt, Utah, on Wednesday, attending the funeral fun-eral of Jabez W. Taylor, father of Mrs. Johnson. Mr. Taylor was an early pioneer of Utah, aged 80 years, and passed away at the home of a daughter at Roosevelt, Sunday evening. Mrs. George Boyce entertained entertain-ed V Bridge Club at her home on Friday, with Luncheon before be-fore the game. Fall flowers were used in decoration. Mrs. Zona Sumner, a guest received high award and Mrs. Eva Farley Far-ley second award. Among the visitors at Utah State fair this week were Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Richards and family, Mr. and Mrs. Wm.
