Hair YOUNG FOLKS ARE ALL-RIGHT I guess you know that young folks are all-right in spite of what, juvenile authorities say. It's the oldsters that do the hellin (sewing wild oats to you) in this day and age. I'll back this up with facts I dare you to investigate. Of all the stealing steal-ing that's done, this stealing of another man's wife, or a wife's husband is the limit. It's a sickness, sick-ness, this two-timing one anotherand an-otherand very, very unhealthy. un-healthy. Still it's the thing today. to-day. Marriage has become a shody affair at best, and something some-thing should be done about it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OLD PEOPLE? It is they who should set the example for our youth for young folks just naturally haven't gained the strength to stand on their own two legs yet and need a good pattern to follow fol-low until they can come to an understanding of the sacred laws that govern marriage. I should think some youngsters would be ashamed of their parents and should take them to task. As one young wolf said when he saw his parents at a public dance "They need their heads examined" examin-ed" Fun, good clean fun, Is one thing, for the Bible states that, "Man is that he might have ' joy" but drinking and step ping another's mate is a horse of another color. It's lack of mental maturity, it's indecent it's just plain low-down. IT HAPPENS EVERYWHERE For a long time I have been; itching to write a story about ; Mazy the waitress not that I'm I a writer by any stretch of the imagination but girls who hash lead an interesting and exciting life. I've got the plot and need some atmosphere. What does Mazy do for relaxation? for fun? what sort of a homebody is she? etc. And not having the imagination to fill in. 1 gei myself my-self invited out with the Mazy'r. I find it's not only the Mazy's. but a certain class of married people, playing at being young (and indecent). There's a parent problem for the Honorabre Judge when viewing some delinquent de-linquent child's behavior. He TWO pints of Berlou sprayed on your 9x12 rug protects it from moth damage for 5-years or Berlou pays the damage. Average Av-erage cost only 50c per year. Yet this pattern pat-tern of life is accepted for some oldsters it's never queswmed. But let little Johnny get, into some trouble or adolescent Mary and they're dubbed' "problem children.' What chance has a child after that? Youngsters will make mistakes, get into trouble, sow wild 'oats, etc., and it takes a good solid parent to see them through these stages of growing up. But what can we expect if a silly old parent par-ent goes out a cattin', drihkin' and playin' around. P.S. So-o-o you are smugly sitting at home and patting yourself on the back and saying, "It doesn't happen in the best of homes." Oh, No! My advice is to go out, find out, get some local color, and face facts. But don't divorce your husband or wife for one little mistep, if you find them there you just may. Mott-Graff Nuptials Wednesday A event of Wednesday, in the Salt Lake temple, was the marriage mar-riage of Miss Melba Mott, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Voln Mott, and Pfc. Wesley E. Graff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Graff. A wedding reception will honor the young couple Monday evening, Sept 23, in the Tlmp-anogos Tlmp-anogos ward hall. Mr. Graff will leave on the 28th for El-Paso, El-Paso, Texas, where he is receiving receiv-ing treatment at the government govern-ment hospital for wounds received receiv-ed 18 months ago in Germany. In the face of continuing material shortages, we are pushing the job of adding circuits using every conceivable conceiv-able substitute for scarce items and we're. making some headway. Sometimes, however, on certain busy circuits, the overload on telephone facilities fa-cilities still is evident in delays, in busy circuits. By and large, wc are giving more telephone tele-phone service than ever before in our history, and in most places and at most times, it's good service, which will grow better as time' goes on. If your call encounters a delay, we hope you understand that we're doing our best to handle it speedily. TNI MOUNTAIN STATES TflfPHONI AND ULtGAHPH CO.
