Show Home of The Mormon Miracle Pageant 1995 Dates: July 6, 7, 50 cents VOLUME 109 NUMBER 39 Cox Rock Products forms new company Mr. Ronnie Cox, President of Cox Rock Products, Inc. and Cox Transport Corporation, announced today that the corporations shareholders along with U.S. Aggregates, Inc. had formed a new company, Western Aggregates Holding Corporation, which in turn had acquired all of the stock of the existing Cox operations. Cox Rock and Cox Transport arc together one of the leading suppliers of construction materials and services in the Utah market. U.S. Aggregates, Inc. is a geographically diversified construction materials and services company with offices in South Carolina and California, and currently has interests in operations in Alabama, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. The new holding company The Manti Dental Clinic at 36 North Main Street in Manti, is now ready to reopen the doors under new management, after a long period of transition, due to the passing of former Manti dentist, Lee Thurston. The Clinic will open on April 20. The Manti Dental Clinic will be operated in conjunction with the Ephraim Dental Clinic, with both clinics functioning as individual entities, giving the residents a choice of several different dentists from which to receive dental markets. care. Ephraim Lions Club awards Snow College scholarships to area youth By Tcrrie Green The Ephraim Lions Club recently awarded three scholarships to Snow College to three deserving young students from the area.
