Mr. Morgan was born in Huntington, Emery county, on August 15, 1914, a son of Emphrys and Minnie McArthur Morgan. A veteran of World War II, he had served to the medical detach ment of the 205th combat engineer battalion. Surviving are his parents, one sister and two brothers, Mrs. Evelyn Aime, Castle Gate; Silar Clark Morgan, Santa Monica, California, and Thomas (Tad) Morgan, Helper. March receipts totaled $938.15 as compared to $954.60 in February .and $1,330.95 during the corresponding month last year. State cases accounted for $450.-0- 0 of the total while city cases accounted tor $328.00. Civil cases netted $41.00 and fish and game totaled $75.00. The division of the state fines saw $225.00 going to the county and alike amount being retained by the city. Costs due the city from the county tor handling state cases totaled $44.-1- 5. No part of the fish and game fines are retained by either the city or the county. The entire amount goes to the Utah State Fish and Game Commission. Only traffic cases handled by the city court showed an increase in numbers. Eighteen traffic cases were handled to March as compared to 13 in February and 28 in March of last year.
