Warner at the Sacrament meeting in the Roy 7th ward. She was named by her father. Aleo in attendance at the meeting were Mr. and Mrs. Jede Ellis, daughters Lori and Diane. Salt Lake City! Christensen announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Kathy Christensen, to Jaes L. Pritchett, son of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Pritchett of Provo, Utah. June 13 is the date that has been chosen wit ha reception that evening in the Juab Stake House. The bride graduated from Juab High School and the Juab LDS Stake Seminary. She attended Dixie College, two years at the Church College, Laie, Oahu, Hawaii. She graduated from Brigham Young University and is presently employed as a teacher in the Duchesne School District at Altamont. The prosprective bridegroom attended school in Provo. He served in the Marine Corps for four years, two of which were spent in active duty in Vietnam. Mrs. Delta Yates spent last I week with members of her She visited in Provo with Mr. and Mrs. George Clark, in Springville with Mr. and Mrs. Dee Yates, and in Mapleton with Mr. and Mrs. Kine Hatch. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Briggs had as their visitors on Saturday, her brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Anderson and daughter Beth of Kearns. Recent dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Briggs were their nephew and his wife, Dr. and Mrs. Richard L. Smith of Beltsville, Oklahoma. Mrs. Velma Hansen spent several days last week in erdaie at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenith Allen, her son in law and daughter. On April 30 she witnessed the marriage of her granddaughter, the former Sherrie Lin Allen to Dale Hadley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hadley of Hooper, in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da-y Saints, and attended the reception held that evening honoring the young couple. On Sunday Mrs. Hansen attended the Fast Day meeting in the Ward, where her grandson, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gail Sanders, was blessed and named. Riv-erda- le Mrs. Clarence H. A delicious chicken and- - Mexican-styl- e dinner was served. They also visited in Spanish Fork at the new beautiful Senior Citizens building.
