The service to be provided by the proposed district will be recreation. The district will have all the powers the Board ofCountyCommissioners of Beaver County, state of Utah, intends to establish a special service district to be known as Beaver County Special Service District No. 4, pursuant to the provisions of Title 11, Chapter 23, Utah Code Annotated, 1953. The area proposed to be included in said district consists of the following: All that portion of said Beaver County lying West of the following line: Commencing at a point where the range line dividing Range 8 West and Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, intersects the Beaver --Millard county line, and running thence South along said pange line to the Southeast corner of Section 36, Township 29 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence West 4 miles to the Northwest corner of Section 4, Township 30 South, Range 9 West; thence South to the Beaver -- Iron and duties provided by law for such districts, including but not limited entries due to, the power to annually levy taxes upon all taxable property within the service district and the power to impose fees and changes to pay for the services to be provided An exhilarting 6.5 mile run from Sunrise point in Bryce Canyon to Rubys Inn on Saturday, August 2rth, 1984 will be the first of what is expected to an annual fun run. The 6.5 mile course will tiegin it Sunrise Point, follow the rim all the way to Fairyland point, then cut over to the Bryce Canyon road for a short distance then follow a trail to the finish at Rubys Inn.
