Top realtor named Linda Wolcott is a 13-year veteran vet-eran in real estate, currently with The Ramsey Group. Wolcott is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club and holds GRI and CRB designations. She also writes a monthly column for the Salt Lake Realtor magazine. Miriam McFadden is a broker for Miriam McFadden Real Estate. McFadden, an accounting and economics graduate of Brigham Young University, is also a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club J and has earned a CRS designation. In addition, she is the only person in ' Utah to have earned the CRP designation, which recognizes expertise ex-pertise in employee relocation. Richards has been named 1991 president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, which includes in-cludes realtors in South Davis County from North Salt Lake to Farmington. Other officers named on Nov. 29 to serve on the board in 1991 include in-clude Randal K. Eagar, presidentelect; president-elect; Linda Wolcott, second vice president and Miriam McFadden, who will serve as secretarytreasurer secre-tarytreasurer of the 2 ,3 00-member organization. Richards and two partners formed form-ed Mansell and Associates Commercial Com-mercial Investment Division in 1984. He has been in real estate for 14 years and has a B.S. and an MBA degree from the University of Utah. Prior to entering the real estate business, Richards was a licensed certified public accountant. A lifetime member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Richards has also received a Senior CRS Instructor designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute. Randal Eagar is vice president of Eagar and Company. He received a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Utah and has earned GRI, CRS and CRB designations. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Clubs of the Salt Lake and Park City boards of realtors, and he has authored many local, state and national real estate courses.
