Show Seminar slated for customer research tips Buckaroo Kodeos announced Preliminary competition for the annual Buckaroo Rodeo have been scheduled for the next few months. The Utah County Fair will host the finals on August 16 at the Utah County Fairgrounds as part of the fair. The event is one of the fastest growing areas of the fair and, as a result, American Fork and Mt. Timpanogos have been added as hosts for the preliminary rodeos, bringing the total to nine cities hosting the rodeo. To compete area youth must first qualify in a city Buckaroo Rodeo. The top two winners in each event eligible to participate in the finals. Events include sheep riding, poles and barrels, steer's and break away. Age classes are, Junior, ages 8 to 10; intermediate, ages 11 to 13; and seniors, ages 14 to 18. Youngsters 7 and under qualify for sheep riding. If your city does not have a buckaroo rodeo, participants may qualify in one of the other participating city rodeos.
