LEHMBERG Irwin Jensen's Beautiful Garden Is Scene of Wedding Ceremony The beautiful garden at the Irwin Jensen home on Saturday evening was the setting for one of the fine social events of the early summer, when Miss Barbara Jensen became the bride of Charles A. Lehmberg. No effort had been spared by Mr. and Mrs. Jensen to make the affair one to be remembered. rem-embered. Miss Ann Clark played Wagner's wedding -march. Bishop Harold H. Bullock officated at the impressive impress-ive rites. The bride was radiant in Nylon tulle and imported lace, with pleated inset. Her veil of brides ilusion was held by a dainty bonnet bon-net of fluted tulle. She carried lavender Chrysanthemums Chrysant-hemums circled with white Step-hanotes. Step-hanotes. The sister Mrs. J. Nash Grant was matron of honor. Other attendants at-tendants were Mrs. Blaine Johnson, John-son, Mrs. Robert Halstrom, Miss Patricia Anderson, Mrs. Louma Crookston, Miss Katherine Nieder-hauer. Nieder-hauer. All wore matching gowns of blue lace over tafetta and held white daisies tied with yellow streamers. Fower girls were Nanette Nan-ette Grant and Leslie Johnson. Jerry Jer-ry Earl assumed the duties of best man and Bruce Davidson, Lew Edwards, James N. Grant and Blaine Johnston ushered. Only relatives and close friends witnessed witnes-sed the maniage. At 8 o'clock the just weds and their party with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Irwin Jensen and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lehmberg of Logan, received relatives and friends. Both mothers were stunningly attried, Mrs. Jensen donned a long gown of gold colored crepe trimmed trim-med in rinestones and Mrs. Lehmberg Leh-mberg chose net. Both ladies pinned pin-ned on orchid corsages. During the receiving hours, music was provided by Helgen-dorff's Helgen-dorff's string trio of Provo. Mrs. J. A. West and Mrs. H. S. Walker arranged the decorations. Mrs. Karl Banks presided at the refreshment table where a lovely cake made and decorated by the bride's mother centered the table. Mrs. Banks was assisted by young ladies who served. Marilyn Shields looked after the guest registration. Beautiful gifts were displayed indoors. The newly weds are currently honeymooning in Yellowstone Park and the Flying Saddle in Wyoming Wyom-ing and other parts. On their ire-turn ire-turn they will establish a home in Logan. |
