Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 7, 1920 Xotico is hereby given that the Moti.;. Mining Companv. whose principal prin-cipal office is at Salt Lake City, has made application in accordance with he requirements of the Complied Laws of Utah. 1917. as amended by i the Session Laws of Utah. 1919 to appropriate two (2) second-feet of water from the following springs, one (1) second-foot from Mud Springs, Sp-rings, one-half (1-2) second-foot from Indian Springs, and one-half (1-2) second-foot from Well Springs in Beaver County. Said water Issues Is-sues at the following points: Mud Springs, at a point which bears X fi3 deg. 17 min. R. fiSns 5 ft U. S. Mineral Monument No. 1; Indian In-dian Springs, at a point which bears S II deg. E. 2fT6G ft. from U. S. M. M. No. 1 : Well Springs, at a point 2600 ft due south from said monument. monu-ment. The water from Mud Springs will be conveyed by menns of a pipe line a distance of 12000 ft to Indian Springs, where It will be commingled with the water from said spring. Said water will then be conveyed bv means of a pipe line a distance of 500 ft. to Well Springs where it will be rominglcl with the water of said springs. The collected water will then he conveyed bv moans of a pipe line a distance of 3000 ft. where will be used from January l to December Dec-ember 31. inclusive of each year for general mining and milling purposes purpos-es at the Mono Mining companv's mine in Washington Mining District This application is designated in the State Engineers office as X'o. S4S7. AM protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made, by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of $2.50 and filed in this office offi-ce within thirty (301 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
