Show STEALING COXVERSATION The person who "listens in" purposely pur-posely on a telephone line that he may hear what his neighbor is saying, say-ing, is stealing. Such a one could just as honestly cut around their house meter. Xot only is it wrong to "cut in" but it shows the spirit of I a sneak. It is a straw which shows! the innermost workings of the mind: of the person who does it. When ! your neighbor is called over a party I line, it is your business to sit still in I the rocking chair. You are not leg-j ally or morally interested in whatj they are talking about. It is none' of your business. If you must know! the secrets of your neighborhood, get a detective and pay him for his services. ser-vices. But never touch a receiver! until your number is called or you j want central. Be a he man in your community and in a shor. time t!- boys will he running you fcr t, ingress. in-gress. Be above such petty hutines? as stealing communitv conversation. We thank you.
