Juvenile taken to detention for taking car A Lehi juvenile was taken to detention upon request of his parents after he took their car without permission. He was apprehended when he returned home, and informed officers that hehad ingested 100 aspirin, 80 Excedrin and a couple of handfuls of ibuprofen. He was taken to American Fork Hospital where his stomach was pumped and he was observed for several hours, before being taken to juvenile detention. A Lehi resident reported an incident of shooting a BB gun inside city limits after he and his son discovered three juveniles in possession of a gun. The suspects may have killed as many as 14 ducks owned by the reporting party. Officers told the juveniles and their parents that guns cannot be discharged within the city limits and the juveniles cannot be in possession of a gun without parents or ditional charges of open container violation, possession of marijuana and possession of drug other responsible adult present. A Lehi man was charged with possession of cocaine after being treated at American Fork Hospital for overdose of the drug. Several charges were levied against a Lehi man who had been stopped for an equipment violation on the vehicle he was driving. The investigatingofficer requested that the man submit to field sobriety and breath tests for driving under the influence.
