Aii Fugiueers Strike. Chicago, 19. A strike of tho engineers en-gineers in the North Chicago rolling mill took place this afternoon. Threats have been made for somo days past that unless Dunnigan, an engineer, and president of the union, was reinstated in the place from which he had been discharged, that a strike of all the engineers, fifty-six in number, num-ber, would take place to day. The principals refused to accede to this demand, and havo filled the places of the strikers with non-union engineers.
