Show Cedar Hills considers boundary change On Oct. 6, 1998, the Town Council of the Town of Cedar Hills, Utah, adopted Resolution No. indicating its intent to adjust the common boundary between the Town of Cedar Hills and Pleasant Grove City by transferring each of the six following described areas from the municipal of Pleasant jurisdiction Grove City to the Town of Cedar Hills. The location of each adjustment area and the real property to be included therein shall be as hereinafter described: Area 1 - Ross Monson Boundary Adjustment Description of a parcel of land located in Utah County, Utah, in the NW 14 of Section 8, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Ekins and Stewart Annexation, said point being 660.05 feet S 00 deg. 44'13" E along the section line and 1018.51 feet East from the Northwest corner of said Section 8, and running thence North 188.00 feet; thence East 108.40 feet; thence North 236.00 feet; thence East 211.34 feet, mere or less, to the westerly line of State Road 146; thence S 17 deg. 37 13" E 7.51 feet along said westerly line of State Road 146 to the northerly point of the Annexation; Suojanen thence South 416.84 feet said Suojanen along Annexation to a point on the Ekins and Stewart thence West Annexation; 322.01 feet along said Ekins and Stewart Annexation to the point of beginning.
