Show urday evening, died at ihe home of the parents Sunday night. The lit tie one was buried Tuesday afternoon, after-noon, funeral services being held from the home. The grieved parents par-ents have the deep sympathy of all. Attorney E. A. Park was a traveler trav-eler to Salt Lake last Tuesday. He ' was visiting with his family and looking after business matters. Miss E. S. McGonigal leaves today for an extended vacation trip. She will visit Canon City, Colo., Albuquerque, Albu-querque, N. M., and Akror?and Obcr-lin, Obcr-lin, ohio. Peter Lund, of Ephraim, spent Wednesday in the valley looking after af-ter his ranch interests. Mr. Lund recently acquired valuable lands near Axttell. John V. Mellor, vice-president of the Gunnison Valley bank and owner of valuable farming lands west rjf tpwn, was here from his home at Manti Tuesday of this week. Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Kearns and children came In from their home at Idaho Falls Tuesday night. They will be the guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Kearns, for a few days. James Metcalf, accompanied by Mrs. Metcalf and Mrs. James Ostler, motored from Salt Lake City las: Saturday and were the guests of friends in Gunnison until Wednesday Wednes-day of this week. Frwin Roberts was among the travelers travel-ers to the Capitol city yesterday morning. morn-ing. He has been suffering from a badly infected hand and he will consult a specialist. He was acompadied to Salt Lake by Mrs. Roberts. Local and Personal Max Cohen, the Salina merchant, was a guest of friends in Gunnisoon last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. L. Frank, of Nephi, were here for a short visit-Tuesday of this week. Mrs. Orl.in Madsen, of Manti, was here several days this week, visiting with relatives and friends. Mrs. H. J. Steiner is here from Salt Lake and is the guest at the home of her mother, Mrs. Anna Rosenvall. Dennis Beauregard, the- insurance man, spent last Tuesday at Mount Pleasant, looking after business matters. Mrs. William Bardsley left for Alpine yesterday morning. She will be absent three weeks or more visiting with relatives rela-tives and friends. The regular monthly priesthood meeting meet-ing of the South Sanpete Stake will be held at Manti, Saturday, May 24, commencing com-mencing at 10 a. m. T. C. Stayner, of the Stayner-Daly Lumber company, Salt Lake, was here in the interests of his company the early days of the week. S. M. Duggins and Mrs. Duggins motored to Salt Lake Tuesday.
