DIVORCE GRANTED Pocatello, MarcJ 5 A decree has this week been granted by Judge Alfred Al-fred Dudgo of tho district court to Itaymond Benson ot Arlmo, against his wife Ida, whom he married at Logan, Utah, on October 24, 1907. Tho allegation claims that the wife deserted him on July 4, 1911. The decree awards tho mother tho custody cus-tody of tho two children, ago 2 and 4 years. Th0 father Is given per- mission to Beo them at reasonable times. A division of tho property Is agreed upon. Also $10 per month alimony ali-mony to tho wife. Tho facts In tho case aro as follows: fol-lows: DIVORCE GRANTED A decree of divorce, dated November Novem-ber 30, 1912, was granted by Judge Alfred Budge of the district court to Raymond Benson of Arlmo, Idaho, against hls wife Ida, whom he married mar-ried October 24, 1906. Tho decree awards to the mother the custody ot their two Infant children. Lorenzo and Annie, ago five years, and 18 months, respectively. Tho docree recites re-cites that plaintiff shall pay the sum of $10 per month ns a suitable allowance allow-ance for tho support, maintenance, and education of said children: further fur-ther that Mr. Benson, tho plaintiff, be awarded tho homestead, and the personal property situated in Marsh Valley, Idaho, as well as nil the pep sonal property situated at his mother's moth-er's homo in tho city ot Logan, Utah, to-wlt: half dozen dining room chairs, one dining room table, one chlnn closet, clos-et, ono bed, ono enrpet, one cupboard ono leather rocker, ono clock, one dictionary and such other personal property as Is In his mother's possession. posses-sion.
