Students will be rated as to superior, excellent and very good. CERTIFICATES will be forwarded to the schools for presentation to students who place in those categories at awards assemblies, Dr. Doman said. Darned Boy Student The Year By OECA Of Alan Layton, a senior at Davis High School, was selected Boy Student of the Year at the annual DECA State Career Development Conference held March 11 and 12 at Cottonwood High School in Salt Lake City.
