Show UEtmiEVILLE tlEVJS By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 We are still having a near perfect per-fect Fall but that may not be much longer according to the TV. Eugene and LaKay Quilter took a trip last week and visited Ronald and Patsy Clark in Pocatello, Ida. Then they went on down to Woods Cross and saw Eugene's brother, Glen and family. Then on to Salt Lake City to see Mary Carol Izatt, LaKay's sister. They really had some enjoyable visits. Rae Smith reports her daughter, daugh-ter, Dorothy and husband, Don Burkhardt of Surprise, Ariz, went to Nauvoo, 111. and the LDS temple there. They also visited Dorothy's daughter, Kori and family in Little Rock, Ark. This is Dorothy's first time to see that part of our country, Ernie and Wynona Henderson went with Kenny Goulding to the doctor in Ivins. They had lunch with Mitch Henderson and Julie Richardson. LaRona Callahan took Delano to St. George to the doctor doc-tor on Tuesday, then on Wednesday to the dentist. He had suffered a slight stroke. Berthene Griffin had her daughter, Lynn Lackey of Las Vegas, Nev. here for a visit. They had a lot of catching up to do. Chad and Jamie Reeder and family have moved into the Harvey and Roxie Chynoweth home. We are glad to welcome them here. She is the daughter of Ken and Artoise Piatt. Gary and Sandy Johnson enjoyed having all six of their children, spouses and grandchildren grandchil-dren home over , LDS. Conference weekend. Visiting were Jed and Rachel Johnson of Provo; Jan and Rebecca Braxton and Ryker Aibrecht' of Minersville; Brady, Ruth & Treyton Carter, Cedar City; Brady, Sarah and Sadie Bradshaw, Salt Lake City and Esther Johnson also of Cedar City. Quite a number of townsfolk are nursing flu-like symptoms. Hope they are soon on their feet again. |
