PL Grove to hold public hearing The Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a hearing on Sept. 16, 1986 at 8:30 p.m. on 'request to rezone the "a between 300 East '00 East and 300 South and 100 North from Rl-12 to a Rl-8 Zone. The hearing will be held during regular council meeting in the City Complex. All interested in-terested parties are invited to attendand make public comment on the proposal.
