The Board of County Commissioners of Juab County, State of Utah, ordains as follows, tr AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. ARTICLE V, SECTION TRAILERS, MOBILE HOMES: It is not the intention of this ordinance to promote the construction of substandard dwellings. Because mobile homes do not comply with the Uniform Building code, it shall be unlawful to place any trailer home or mobile home on any lot or parcel of land in the area covered by the zoning map and to use the same for human habitation except in compliance with one or more of the following conditions: A. When temporarily located on a lot on which a building is being constructed, but not to exceed one year, provided that a bond equal to the cost of removal of the mobile home, in the amount set by the Zoning Administrator, is posted with the Building Inspection Department to guarantee the removal of the trailer house from the lot upon completion of construction but no later than one year from the date of permit.
