Mr Kimballs Death The only intelligence received yesterday yester-day regarding the death Jeremiah H Kimball was the following dispatch from J E Lockwood general passenger and ticket agent of the Kansas City Fort Scott Gulf Railroad to Mr Bennett Ben-nett of the D de R G W dated the 26th I regret to advise you that Elder Kimball died about noon today Mr Cannon will likely leave Hammond with the remains tomorrow to-morrow morning time to connect with the west bound train from here for Salt Lake I will advise you If he should fail to do this Nothing has been received as to the particulars of how Mr Kimball fell from the train It was learned last evening however that Mr Cannon would not accompany the remains home his father President Angus M Cannon having telegraphed him to continue on his road in order that he might be able to join his party at the proper time
