B An ordinance levying a tax and for the as- B sessment of property on the north side of m Second street, between O and P streets, m in Sidewalk District No. 25, for the con- m structlon of a cement sidewalk: m Bo It ordained by the City Council of H Salt Lake City, Utah: B Section 1. That the City Council does m hereby levy tho tax and provide for the assessment of tho same upon tho property prop-erty hereinafter described in Lots 1 and 2, Block 23, Plat "G," Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the north side of Second street, between O and P streets, In Sidewalk District No. 25, said property having a frontage of 330 feet along said street. This tax is levied to defray tho expense ex-pense of constructing a cement sidewalk upon said portion of said street opposite tho property hereinafter described to be especially affected and benefited by said Improvement, and It is hereby adjudged, determined ahd established that tho same will be especially benefited thereby to the full amount of the tax hereby levied, and said parcels of land are hereby assessed at an equal arid uniform rate in accordance accord-ance with tho linear foot frontage upon said portion of said street fronting upon and to a depth of twenty-flvo (25) feet back therefrom, and the tax hereby levied and to bo assessed upon said parcels of land Is three hundred and three and 60-100 (5303.60) dollars, or 92-100 (50.92) dollars dol-lars per front or linear foot, which is tho estimated total cost and estimated C03t per linear foot of said sidewalk, and the Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed di-rected to assess In accordanco with the provisions of this ordinance for tho purpose pur-pose herein mentioned, all of Lots 1 and 2, Block 23, Plat "G," Salt Lake City Survey, as the same aro shown upon tho official plats of said City to a depth of twenty-five (25) feet back from said .street. Section 2. Said tax shall become and be delinquent as follows: One-third thereof shall become delinquent delin-quent in three months after the approval of this levy; one-third in six months after said approval, and one-third in twelve months after said approval. Each and every installment of said tax except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum from date of levy, and all said installments shall bear ten per cent per annum from date of delinquency. delin-quency. An ordinance levying a tax and for tho assessment of property on tho east side of First West street, between Third South and Fourth South streets, in Sidewalk District No. 11, for the construction of a cement sidewalk. Bo it ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah: Section 1. That tho City Council does hereby levy tho tax and provide for tho assessment of tho samo upon tho property prop-erty hereinafter described in Lots 4 and 5, Block 50, Plat "A," Salt Lako City Survey, Sur-vey, abutting on tho east side of First West street, between Third South and Fourth South streets, in Sidewalk District No. 11, said property having 'a frontage of 660 feet along said street. This tax is levied to defray tho expense of constructing a cement sidewalk upon said portion of said street opposite tho property hereinafter described to bo especially es-pecially affected and benefited by said improvement, im-provement, and it is hereby adjudged, determined and established that tho samo will bo especially benefited thereby to tho full amount of the tax hereby levied, and said parcels of land aro hereby assessed at an equal and uniform rate in accordance accord-ance with tho linear foot frontage upon said portion of said street fronting upon and to a dopth of twenty-flvo (25) feet back therefrom, and the tax hereby lev-led lev-led and to be assessed upon said parcels of land is seven hundred and twelve and 80-100 ($712.80) dollars, or one and 8-100 (?1.08) dollars per front or linear foot, which is tho estimated total cost and estimated es-timated cost per linear foot of said sidewalk, side-walk, and tho Treasurer Is hereby authorized author-ized and directed to assess in accordance with tho provisions of this ordinance for tho purpose herein mentioned, all of Lots 4 and 5, Block 50, Plat 'A," Salt Lake City Survey, as the same are shown upon the official plats of said City to a depth of twenty-five (25) feet back from said street.
