Show faithful church worker called to rest mrs airs cynthia catherine jones carrigan 57 wife of irven carrigan of peterson died wednesday in the ogden dee hospital following a brief illness mrs carrigan was born in south weber on june 9 1877 a daughter of william P and elizabeth shaw jones she resided in south weber until her marriage december 16 1903 in the salt lake city L D S temple after which she lived in peterson she was graduated from the old weber academy in ogden and before her marriage she taught school in millville milleville Mill ville and south weber for several years she was an active worker in the L D S church and a former president of the peterson ward relief society she also held in the daughters of the pioneers alice whittier camp surviving are the husband and seven sons and daughters mrs james M morby mrs C alfred bohmon james william irven walker and myrtle lorene carrigan of peterson mrs lewis waldron morgan two brothers and a sister mrs arthur whittier peterson robert J jones corinne and T L jones sterling idaho funeral services will be conducted in th the e petersen L D S ward chapel sunday at 1 p m under the direction of the ward bishopric friends may call at the family residence in peterson saturday and sunday until hour of service interment will be in the peterson cemetery |
