ESTIMATED COST The total estimated cost of all improvements is $76,800 of which the federal government will grant $38,400 and the remainder in the amount of $38,400 is to be paid by assessments to be levied on all blocks, lots, parts of blocks and lots, tracts or parcels of property within the boundaries of said special improvment district benefited by the Improvements to the extent of the benefits to such property by reasonof the improvements.
