Show NOTICE (!' sriXTAI. DRAINAGE BOND ELECTION In the matter of a Special Bond Election Elec-tion in Millard County Drainage District No. 2, in Millard County, Coun-ty, Utah. To all persons interested: Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of March, A. D. 1921, the Board of Supervisors of Millard County Drainage District No. 2, in Millard County, Utah, filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Millard County, Utah, a written request re-quest praying that the said Board of County Commissioners at once order a special drainage bond election to be held in said Millard County Drainage Drain-age District No. 2, to submit to the qualified voters in said district at said election, the question "Shall the Board of Supervisors of said Drainage Drain-age District be authorized to issue the bonds of said District in the sum of $170,000.00 (One Hundred Seventy Sev-enty Thousand Dollars), for the purpose pur-pose of raising funds and money from the sale thereof with which to construct drains, drainage canals and other required improvements, deemed deem-ed necessary to drain lands in said district, and to conserve the publiG health and welfare, said bonds to run not less than ten years nor more than forty years, and to bear interest, inter-est, payable semi-annually at a rate not exceeding six per cent per annum, to be called 'Drainage District Bonds' and the proceeds of which shall be used for no other purpose than pay-lug pay-lug the cost of completing the construction con-struction of such drains, drainage canals or other like work deemed necessary to drain lands within said district, and to conserVe the public health and welfare?" Said Board of County Commissioners, Commis-sioners, after due consideration of said request for the calling of said bond election, did, on the said 1st day of March, order a special election for said purpose, and notice is hereby here-by given, pursuant to Section 2071 of Chapter 41 of Session Laws of Utah, 1919, that such election has been called and will be held in said Millard County Drainage District No. 2, Millard County, Utah, on the 2nd day of April, A. D. 1921, for the purpose pur-pose of submitting to the qualified voters of said Drainage District the question "Shall the Bald Board of Supervisors of said drainage district be authorized to issue its bonda in said sum of $170,000.00 (One Hundred Hun-dred Seventy Thousand Dollars), for .the purposes hereinbefore stated?" For the convenience of the land owners within said drainage district, notice is hereby given that the said Board of County Commissioners has provided a polling place within said district at which said polling place said special flection will be held on said day, as follows: A. C. Nelson School Building, situated situ-ated between the towns of Oasis, Utah, and Deseret, Utah. Notice is further given that the said Baord of County Commissioners have named as judges who shall preside pre-side at said polling place at said special spe-cial election the following named persons, per-sons, to-wit: 1. Joseph Moody. 2. John V. Styler. 3. Fred Dewsnip. Notice is further given that the qualified voters in said Drainage Dis-strict Dis-strict who desire to cast their ballots in favor of the issuing of said bonds shall cast ballots which shall contain the words "Drainage bonds of Millard Mil-lard County Drainage District No. 2 Yes," or words equivalent thereto; and those land owners and parties entitled to vote at said election who desire to cast their ballots against the Issuing of said bonds shall cast ballots which contain the' words "Drainage bonds of Millard County Drainage District No. 2 No," or words equivalent thereto.
