NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said board to make the following described improvements, im-provements, to-wit, To create both sides of Twenty-fourth street, between be-tween Van Buren and Harrison avenues ave-nues as a curb and gutter district, and to construct therein concrete curbs and gutters according to the standard form adopted and used In Ogden City, and together with all intersections in-tersections and the necessary grading grad-ing therefor, and to defray the whole of the cost thereof, estimated at $2,500.00, by a local assessment upon the lots and pieces of ground lying and being within the following district, dis-trict, being the district to be affected and benefited by said improvement, to-wit: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said street on both sides thereof, and a line drawn fifty feet outward from and parallel to the said outer boundary bound-ary lines, being part of lots 1 to 5 inclusive, block 36, plat "C," and part of lotB 1 to 13 Inclusive, Capitol Capi-tol Block subdivision, Ogden City survey. sur-vey.
