S.1 TORPEDO BOAT MEET Portland, Maine, July 14 The steamer Governor Dingley, while leaving leav-ing the harbor todny, was in collision with the torpedo boat Rodgera, which arrived last night with a detachment of naval militia aboard. The Governor Dingley was appar cntl little damaged. As she continued contin-ued on her way to Boston, the Rod-gers Rod-gers came up the harbor and anchored. an-chored.
