Mrs. Setzer was formerly Veda Koford, daughter of Mrs. ;Edna Koford. The girls present gave Mrs. Setzer a Lane cedar chest as a wedding gift. The evening was spent play-- . ing bingo with a prize being awarded to Barbara Koford. Immediately following the wedding ceremony the guests were served a light luncheon after which the entire party proceeded to the Fifth ward amusement hall where a reception and dance honored the happy couple. Approximately 200 guests called during the evening and dancing was enjoyed by a large crowd. In the receiving line at the! of reception were the parents the bride and groom, the best man, Jack Owens, the newly married couple, the maid of honor, and the bridesmaids. Mrs. Olsen, the bridess mother, was wearing a white crepe dress and was floor length wearing an exotic black orchid. Mrs. Walker was stunning in a flame colored dress and wore a white orchid. A very attractive tiered wedding cake with a miniature bride and groom was centered on a white lace cloth with burning tapers in crystal holders on either side. The cake was decorated in pink and white and was mae by the sister of the bride, Miss Doris Olsen. The gift room was in charge of Miss Mary Walker assisted by Miss Elaine Fowers and Miss Loretta Lane. Mrs. W. B. Howes acted as hostess and was in At charge of the guest book. the serving table were Miss Miss Olsen assisted by Alice Walker and Miss Orlene Frodsham. Henry Nielsen acted as master of ceremonies during the program which was planned by the bride and groom. Miss Anne Jones sang, Peg O My Heart, and dedicated it to the new Mr. and Mrs. Walker. Darrell Siggard sang, Forever and Ever. Miss Ruth Walker sang, Some Sunday Morning, and S. E. "That Wonderful Guy. Fernley sang, Oh Promise Me, and Miss Jones sang, as the final number, I Love You Truly. .After the bridal waltz the couple left on an undisclosed honeymoon. Olsen, became another of the June brides at her home last Saturday evening, June 11. The new bridegroom is John M. Walker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. C. Walker. The ceremony was performed before a large mirror with two candelba, holding 14 tall pink tapers, on either side. A tall pedestal was centered between them and held an attractive arrangement of pink snapdragon, and orange blue delphinium blossoms. Amid the strains of Lonen-grinWedding March, played by Miss Mary Walker, the bridal party entered the living room.
