Show Application for Patent. Notice No. 1,375. United States Land Office, 8alt Lake City, Utah, November 2, 1885. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT j Charles E. Mitchener and John P. Kelly, whose postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele t county, Utah, have made application for a United States patent for the Keystone No. 2 j Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Min- ing District. Tooele countv, Utah Territory.- i consisting oi 1,500 linear feet of the lode, and 1 surface ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. 83, -and described in the field notes and plat of the ; official survey on file in this office, with magnetic mag-netic variation at 17 degrees east, as follows: Commencing at the discovery point of the said claim and running thence south 73 degrees east . 208 feet to the center of the eastern end line of ' the claim, and thence north 17 degrees east 100 : feet to corner Post No. 1 ; thence south 17 degrees i west 200 feet to Post No. 2; thence north 73 de- ' grees west 1500 feet to Post No. 3; thence north : 17 degrees east 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence south 73 degrees east 1500 feet to Post No. 1, of i the exterior boundary lines of the surface - ' ground of the said claim, containing an area of ' 4.913 acres, after excluding therefrom 1.967 acres, the area in conflict with Lot 68, the Leo- ' nore mining claim. From Post No. 2 U. S. M. M. .; No. 3 bears south 1 degree 41 minutes east 1389.1 ' feet distant. - The said mining claim being of record in the office of the Recorder of said 1 mining district at Stockton, in Tooele county Utah. The nearest known location being the Leonore mining claim. I direct thatthis notice to be published in the -Salt Lake Evening Democrat, the newspaper published nearest the said mining claim, for the period of sixty days. H.
