Taylor, of the firm of Latimer & Taylor, lumbermen, lumber-men, near the "Utah Central depot on a charge of unlawful cohabitation. cohab-itation. The complaint is sworn to by Marshal Ireland, and charges Taylor with unlawfully cohabiting cohabit-ing with one Mrs. Geo. H. Taylor and Louie Foot, sometimes called Louie Taylor, Tay-lor, since the first day of June, 1882, and on divers other days continuously thereafter. there-after. The case came up before Commissioner McKay at 3 o'clock. Taylor pleaded not guilty and waived examination: He was liberated on $1,500 bonds, J. S. Hills and J. T. Little going his security. The following witnesses were subpoenaed subpoe-naed and each held to appear on $200 bonds when the case comes up : Minnie Christensen, Elmina Taylor and Annie Taylor. |
