C. i Solomon Edwards, the American Fork I polygamist who was found guilty of un-' un-' lawful cohabitation a few days ago, apr peared in court this morning, and through his attorney, J. L. Rawlins, asked to have immediate sentence passed. . Mr. Rawlins explained to the Court that.Ed-.wards that.Ed-.wards had lost all his property in Utah, his sawrmill at Pleasant Valley having been a total loss-pand that he had gona with his family to Idaho to make a fresh-1 fresh-1 start. His family were now there in destitute des-titute circumstances, and their sole support sup-port depended nponvEdwards' ability to get a crop this spring. Mr. Dickson had been spoken to on this" matter, and had acquiesed in the opinion, that, under the ' circumstances, Edward3 sbouM-receive the leniency of the Court. While Edwards was in j the midst of hi3 explanations, Mr. Dick- j son rose and said: "I move Your Honor, in view of the circumstances, that judgement judge-ment in this case be suspended."
