Show NOTES FROM THE J UNCTION. TJe Fittest Ball Ever Given In Ogrden 3 ack Oddy to Race Cares well. The long-talked-about masquerade ball came off last evening, and was the grandest thing in the way of a ball that ever occurred in Ogden. About 100 couples were in attendance, and a great many came from intermediate points. The hall was handsomely decorated with evergreens ever-greens and flowers. The ladies looked superb su-perb in their elegant customs as they glid-I glid-I ed to and fro. whilp t.hf oAnfmon i j equally as handsome in their dress suits and altogether it was a fine-dressed affair. The supper furnished by Mr. J. Kiesel, was as fine a one as any person wished to set down to. The dance was finally broken up at 3 o'clock in the morning, ' and all in leaving declared de-clared they enjoyed themself immensely ,n.?,. the visiting ladies were Miss I b. lhillips, Miss L. Greenewald and the Misses Youngs of Salt Lake, and many others. - . J The skating rink opens next Wednesday, Wednes-day, after being closed nearly a month.
