TIlE new pool arrangements are being much commented upon by business men generally They do not as yet know what to say as so many changes have been made from time to time by the railroads rail-roads that they look for a new cut any day and the pool to go The tiling most desirable among merchants is fixed rates and stability of course they desire them to be as cheap as they can be made As summer comes along many come to town to shop and do some visiting and as the train time is so often changed why not again change it and make the time of departure for the North and the South later for the afternoon trains and earlier for morning arrivals
