Show I A REBELLION CASE I I A Stockholder VIio Lost 870OO by Depreciation De-preciation of Stock The case of Frank Wright vs M S Ascheim and James S Mocks came up for trial in the Third District Court yesterday yes-terday afternoon and is still pending It seems from the pleadings in the case that in February 1881 As cheim and Mocks who claimed an interest in the Rebellion mine petitioned the Third District Court for an injunction restraining the issuing of ten thousand shares of Rebellion stock to Wright A temporary injunction was granted but the case was finally decided in Wrights favor and the injunction dissolved Wright now claims that the stock at the time the injunction was issued was worth 1 per share and when the injunction in-junction was dissolved it had depreciated to 30 cents per share He therefore brings suit against Marks and Ascheim to recover the difference 70 cents per share aggregating 7000 Messrs AVoods Hoffman and Brown appear for the plaintiff and Harkness Kirkpatrick and Sutherland for the defendants de-fendants I |
