J f fAn j A An I Invitation n. n 1 To Students Of I by Gau Dutson Students staff and faculty had a chance to see what the Career Action Center CAC is all about about- during the open house on Oct 28 Although interviewing was limited to 1 pm p.m. both days many students visited the center until its close at pm p.m. Along with popcorn and drinks the center was trying its hardest to give giveaway giveaway giveaway away Good Stuff candy bars In fact several students and faculty were seen sneaking back for a second tour According to Rand Johnson placement placement placement place place- ment director for the CAC the center is still averaging 50 45 interviews per day Johnson is currently engaged in broadening the career library located in the waiting area The library will consist of pamphlets books and literature on job opportunities In addition four TV monitors will soon be distributed around the c campus broadcasting broadcasting broadcasting broad broad- casting current job opportunities available through the CAC Five parking stalls will soon be one available for handicapped students and four for general parking with validations stickers from the CAC Wade Fillmore planning coordinator for led a group of Jap Japanese nese visitors through the he center These visitors were members of the American Language Training gaining Institute on tour to learn conversational English Students were asked how they felt I.
