Show Green-Rinker r T",n-n Collette Green and Michael J. Rinker were married July 16 in the Salt Lake Temple. The couple was honored at a wedding luncheon at the Red Flame hosted by the groom's pa- -rents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Rinker of Victorville, Calif. A wedding reception was given that evening at Canterbury Hall in Bountiful by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rodney D. Jackson of Centerville. The bride is also the daughter of the late Auerill M. Green. The bride wore a floor length satin gown trimmed with a white wide lace on the bodice, sleeves and hemline. Her dress was hand made in Holland Hol-land where the bride has been teaching school for the 1985-86 school year for the U.S. Government Govern-ment in Coe vor den. Her flowers were Talisman roses with white carnations. She was attended by Mrs. Byron Clawson as matron of honor. Her two sisters, Laura Rogers, Louise Bell and her two nieces, Jaimie Green and Lisa Rogers were also in the line. They all wore full length peach colored dresses and held two long stemmed Talisman roses with baby breath. The mothers of the couple wore lighter and darker peach gowns with matching corsages. The groom wore a white tuxedo and was attended by John Rinker as his best man. He wore a light tan tuxedo. Both fathers wore tan tuxedos tux-edos also. Jolyn Ure was at the guest book. Kathy Green and Helen Wheeler MR. AND MRS. MICHAEL J. RINKER attended the gifts. Prenuptial parties were given in Emmen, Holland by her LDS Branch, the Dutch and American School. Teachers honored her in Coe ver den, Zelda Bamett and Debbie De-bbie Clawson and Linda Read were hostesses for showers in Centerville. Center-ville. The couple honeymooned in Washington, D.C. Lowell, Mass. and Hawaii before leaving for their new home in Cambera, Australia where the groom is employed with the state department in the American Amer-ican Embassy. |
